McClure's Piano Shop

     Mr. McClure really covers the territory and while doing so, he's always looking around!  What do you think is sitting in the living room of this abandoned house?  You guessed it!  A FORGOTTEN AND LONELY OLD PIANO!

     Look closely inside and you'll see it.  The missing portion of the house must have been a bay window.

     You know, if this piano could talk, it would tell of happy times long ago when, as a highly desired player piano, family and friends would gather around, each with a different roll telling the person operating the pedals "play this one, play this one".  And on the piano would sing, late into the night, entertaining all those around.  For weeks they would tell their friends and neighbors about the splendid time they had listening to all of their favorite songs on the player piano.  Now it is silent, a haven for moths and mice.  Given enough time, its life will probably be ended  by either going up in flames or by  being crushed by a bulldozer as the house is razed and a new space is cleared for a new home.

     And by the way, Mr. McClure  will provide  a free piano tuning to the FIRST person who can correctly identify the exact location of this piano.   The home and its lonely piano are still standing!
